Safe Publishing¶
RankerBase includes multiple safety layers to make sure nothing goes live on your site without your knowledge and approval.
Safety features¶
Draft-only WordPress publishing¶
All WordPress posts are created as Drafts — always. Nothing goes live on your WordPress site until you manually publish it from the WordPress admin panel. This gives you full control over what appears on your site.
Approval required before publishing¶
Content must be marked as Approved before it can be pushed to any publishing platform. This means someone on your team has to explicitly review and approve the content first.
Tip
If you're using autopilot mode with auto-approve, the approval step is handled automatically — but all other safety measures still apply.
Review trail¶
Every review is tracked, including:
- Who reviewed it
- Whether they approved or rejected it
- Any comments they left
- When the review happened
Revision history¶
Every time content is generated or updated, a new revision is saved. You can compare versions and roll back to a previous draft if needed.
Fact-check checklist¶
Every generated draft includes a fact-check checklist so you can verify key claims before publishing. You can also enable automatic fact verification to catch potential inaccuracies.
One generation at a time¶
RankerBase prevents duplicate content generation — only one generation can run at a time for each content item, so you won't end up with conflicting drafts.
Autopilot safety¶
Even when autopilot mode is running with automatic approval:
- WordPress posts are still created as drafts
- Quality gates can hold items that don't meet your minimum quality scores
- All actions are logged in the audit trail for full visibility
