Sites

RankerBase lets you manage multiple sites from one account. Each site has its own integrations, settings, content pipeline, and performance data.

Creating a site

  1. Click Sites in the sidebar.
  2. Click Add Site.
  3. Enter your site URL — RankerBase will automatically detect your site name and metadata.
  4. Your site is created and ready to configure.

Note

The number of sites you can create depends on your plan. Starter allows 1 site, Growth allows 3, and Agency allows 10.

Site configuration

Configure each site independently from Sites → Configure:

Publishing platform

Choose one publishing platform per site:

Platform What you'll need
WordPress Your site URL, username, and an application password
Hashnode An API token and your publication ID
Ghost Your Ghost URL and Admin API key

Use the Test Connection button to verify your credentials before saving.

Google Search Console

Connect your site to Google Search Console to pull keyword and performance data:

  • Click Connect GSC and sign in with your Google account (recommended).
  • Alternatively, upload a service account credentials file.

Google Analytics 4

Connect your GA4 property by clicking Connect GA4 and selecting your property from the list.

Content language

Set the language for each site (default: English). This controls the language used when generating content.

Style guide

Each site has its own style guide that shapes the tone and style of generated content. See Content Engine → Style Guide.

Site operations

Action What it does
Pull opportunities Fetches keyword data from Google Search Console
Reindex content Rebuilds the internal linking index from your published content
Detect decay Scans for content that's losing rankings over time
Analyze tone Analyzes your existing blog posts to learn your writing style
Test connections Verifies that your integrations (WordPress, GSC, GA4, etc.) are working

Switching between sites

If you manage multiple sites, use the site selector in the top of the UI to switch between them. Each site's data is completely separate — opportunities, content, and performance metrics all belong to the selected site.

Deleting a site

Deleting a site permanently removes all of its data, including opportunities, backlog items, content revisions, performance metrics, and integration credentials.

Warning

Site deletion cannot be undone. Only Admins can delete a site.
