Billing & Credits¶
RankerBase uses a subscription model with credit-based usage so you always know what you're getting. Sign up, choose a plan, and start right away — no approval or review process required.
Plans¶
RankerBase offers three plan tiers. Current plans are at founding pricing — introductory early-adopter rates available while the offer is active. If you subscribe while founding pricing is available, you keep that price for as long as your subscription remains active.
| Feature | Starter Founding | Growth Founding | Agency Founding |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sites | 1 | 3 | 10 |
| Team members | 1 | 5 | 15 |
| Monthly credits | 12 | 40 | 120 |
| Refresh mode | — | ✓ | ✓ |
| Fact verification | — | ✓ | ✓ |
| Autopilot mode | — | Review only | Full (auto + review) |
| Onboarding support | — | ✓ | ✓ |
| Support tier | Standard | Enhanced | Priority |
Credit system¶
Content operations use credits based on the action and word count:
| Action | Standard (≤1,800 words) | Long-form (1,801–3,000 words) |
|---|---|---|
| New post | 1 credit | 2 credits |
| Refresh | 1 credit | 2 credits |
| Regeneration | 1 credit | 1 credit |
Your credits reset each month on your billing cycle date.
Entitlements¶
Each plan comes with a set of entitlements that control what features and resources you can access — things like the number of sites, team seats, monthly credits, and advanced features like Autopilot or Fact Verification.
Tip
Need more than your plan includes? Reach out to support — adjustments like bonus credits or feature unlocks can be made on a per-account basis.
Managing your subscription¶
You can manage your subscription from the Billing page:
| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Upgrade | Switch to a higher plan for more sites, credits, and features |
| Cancel | Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period |
| Reactivate | Changed your mind? Undo a cancellation before your period ends |
Usage tracking¶
Keep track of how many credits you've used from the Billing page. Each content operation is logged with:
- The action type and credit cost
- Which content item and site it was for
- The date and your remaining balance
