Account & Login¶

Here's how to sign in to RankerBase and keep your account secure.

Signing in¶

1. Open RankerBase in your browser.
2. Enter your username and password on the login page.
3. Click Log in — you'll be taken straight to your dashboard.

Your session stays active while you're using the app. If you're inactive for a while, you'll be asked to sign in again.

Forgot your password?¶

If you've forgotten your password, contact your team's Admin. Admins can reset passwords for any user from the Team page.

Too many failed attempts¶

To keep your account safe, RankerBase limits login attempts. If you enter the wrong password too many times in a row, your login will be temporarily locked.
