What is RankerBase?¶
RankerBase is a SEO content operations platform that automates the pipeline from keyword research to content publishing and performance tracking. It uses AI to generate articles, but keeps humans in the loop for review and approval.
How do I sign up?¶
RankerBase offers self-serve signup. Go to the signup page, choose a plan, create your account, and complete checkout — your account is activated automatically. No approval process, no waitlist, no invite required.

What are founding plans?¶
Founding plans are introductory early-adopter pricing available while the offer is active. If you subscribe while founding pricing is available, you keep that price for as long as your subscription remains active. "Founding" refers to the pricing — it does not mean gated or limited access.
Do I need to book a demo to get started?¶
No. You can sign up and start using RankerBase immediately. Demos are optional — they're available if you need help choosing a plan, onboarding your team, or have implementation questions.
Who is RankerBase for?¶

Does RankerBase auto-publish content?¶
No. By default, all content requires human approval before publishing. WordPress posts are always created as drafts — this is a safety measure that cannot be bypassed.
Autopilot mode can be configured for automatic approval, but the WordPress draft safety guard still applies.
What integrations are required?¶
RankerBase's built-in AI handles content generation automatically — no separate setup needed.
Everything else is optional but recommended:

How do credits work?¶
Credits are consumed when content operations run:

How does multi-site work?¶
Each site in RankerBase is independent with its own:
- Publishing platform and credentials
- GSC and GA4 connections
- Opportunities, backlog, and performance data
- Style guide and autopilot configuration
You can switch between sites using the site selector in the top navigation. Your plan determines the maximum number of sites you can manage.

How does the AI content generation work?¶
RankerBase uses advanced AI models to generate your content. The AI is built into the platform — just add a keyword to your backlog, click generate, and review the draft. Learn more in the AI Drafting guide.
Is RankerBase open source?¶
