Style Guide

Each site has a style guide that influences how AI generates content. The style guide defines tone, voice, formatting preferences, and content rules.

Managing your style guide

Edit your style guide from Sites → Style Guide. The style guide is free-form text — write instructions that describe how you want your content to sound.

For example, you might include guidelines like:

  • "Write in a friendly, conversational tone"
  • "Use short paragraphs and bullet points"
  • "Avoid jargon — explain technical terms when used"

The style guide is passed to the AI during content generation, so the more specific you are, the better the results.

Tone analysis

Use the Analyze Tone feature to automatically derive a style guide from your existing blog content:

  1. Go to Sites → Configure
  2. Click Analyze Tone
  3. RankerBase scans your published posts and extracts tone, voice, and style patterns
  4. Apply the results to your style guide for more consistent AI-generated content

Humanize mode

Humanize mode is a one-click toggle that applies a conversational, human-sounding writing style. When enabled, it overrides the default style guide with curated tone directives designed to make AI content sound more natural.
