Review & Publishing¶
All generated content must pass through human review before publishing (unless Autopilot auto-approve is enabled). RankerBase supports publishing to WordPress, Hashnode, and Ghost.
Review workflow¶
- Content moves to In Review status after generation
- A reviewer (editor or admin) examines the draft
- The reviewer can:
- Approve — moves the item to Approved status
- Reject — sends it back with comments for revision
- Review comments and reviewer identity are logged
Note
Approval is mandatory for publishing. Only approved items can be pushed to a publishing platform.
Publishing¶
Once approved, publish to your configured platform:
| Platform | Behavior |
|---|---|
| WordPress | Creates the post as a Draft — you make it live from WordPress |
| Hashnode | Publishes the article directly |
| Ghost | Publishes the article directly |
WordPress safety guard¶
RankerBase never auto-publishes to WordPress. All WordPress posts are created as drafts — this is a deliberate safety measure.
To make a post live on WordPress, log in to your WordPress admin and change the post status manually.
Scheduling¶
You can schedule backlog items for future generation. Set a date and time, and RankerBase will automatically start content generation at that time. Scheduled items are checked every 5 minutes.
Post-publish monitoring¶
After publishing, items move to Monitoring status. Weekly performance tracking pulls metrics from Google Search Console and GA4 to track how your published content is performing.
Metrics tracked include clicks, impressions, average position, and CTR from Search Console, plus page views and engagement from GA4.
